1. Use the service for lawful planning
Roamplan may be used to organise lawful self-guided travel ideas, visual plans, packing lists and recap media. You are responsible for the input you submit, the people with whom you share output and compliance with laws at your destination and home jurisdiction.
2. Prohibited representations
Do not present any output as an official ticket, reservation, boarding pass, visa, immigration record, customs declaration, insurance certificate, government advice, safety notice, medical instruction, navigation map or proof of entry. Do not remove planning-only or illustrative labels in a way that misleads another person.
3. Prohibited travel use
- Do not use output to evade border, visa, customs, tax, transport, protected-area or other legal requirements.
- Do not plan trafficking, exploitation, unauthorised access, stalking, trespass, smuggling, violence or other harm.
- Do not use route sketches for emergency response, off-road navigation, aviation, marine passage or any safety-critical purpose.
- Do not claim Roamplan confirmed opening, availability, prices, safety or legal entry.
4. Content and intellectual property
Do not upload content you do not have a right to use; third-party personal data without authority; malware; unlawful or abusive material; or instructions intended to copy protected brands, characters, personalities, media franchises or distinctive third-party designs. Do not use the service for impersonation or deceptive endorsements.
5. Privacy and children
Minimise companion information. Do not submit passport numbers, complete card data, precise child identity, detailed health records or other unnecessary sensitive data. Children under 13 may not use Roamplan. Users aged 13–17 require parent or legal guardian permission.
6. Platform integrity
Do not bypass allowances or security; probe for credentials; reverse engineer protected systems except where law permits; automate excessive requests; interfere with others; resell account access; or use generated media to distribute malware or spam.
7. Enforcement
We may limit generation, remove content, suspend accounts or preserve evidence where reasonably needed to investigate violations, protect the service or comply with law. We consider context and proportionality, and may allow an appeal through support.
