Cookie Policy

How Roamplan uses browser storage and similar technologies for core service functions and optional measurement.

Core service boundary: Roamplan is not a travel agency or tour operator. We do not sell, book, bundle or hold funds for flights, accommodation, tickets, rental vehicles or insurance. All travel arrangements are made by you with third parties.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text records stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage and security tokens. They help maintain sessions, remember choices, prevent abuse and understand service performance.

2. Strictly necessary technologies

These support sign-in, admin security, form protection, payment hand-off, subscription portal return, load balancing and cookie preferences. They are required to provide features you request and cannot be disabled through our preference control, although browsers can block them and may then prevent account or checkout functions.

3. Preference technologies

Preference records may remember itinerary display, caption and aspect-ratio choices, accessibility settings or cookie consent. They normally last from the session up to 12 months.

4. Analytics

If enabled with consent where required, analytics help us understand page use, generation failures and device performance in aggregated form. We do not use trip prompts for advertising profiles. Analytics identifiers normally expire within 13 months or earlier. You may withdraw consent at any time through the cookie control or browser settings.

5. Payment and embedded services

Stripe or PayPal may set cookies on their hosted checkout or billing pages for fraud prevention, authentication and payment processing. AI media may be served from processor storage, which can receive standard request information such as IP address and browser headers. Those providers govern their own necessary technologies.

6. Browser controls

You can delete or block cookies in browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may stop sign-in, saved preferences, checkout or subscription management. Global Privacy Control signals are treated as opt-out signals where legally applicable, although Roamplan does not sell or share personal information for behavioural advertising.

7. Changes

We update this policy when technologies or purposes change. Material new non-essential uses will not be activated without the consent required by applicable law.
