Content License

What you keep, what we need to process, and the limits that apply to AI-generated travel content.

Core service boundary: Roamplan is not a travel agency or tour operator. We do not sell, book, bundle or hold funds for flights, accommodation, tickets, rental vehicles or insurance. All travel arrangements are made by you with third parties.

1. Your inputs

You retain ownership of text, files and other content you submit, subject to any rights belonging to others. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and to include information about companions.

2. Service licence

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, adapt and process inputs only as needed to provide generation, storage, collaboration, export, security and support. This licence lasts while the content is stored and for limited backup, legal and security retention afterwards. It does not authorise us to sell your content or use private trip inputs to train a general-purpose AI model.

3. Generated output

To the extent permitted by law and subject to these terms, you may use, edit, print and share itineraries, day cards, packing lists, budget visuals and recap videos generated for you for personal or internal planning. Paid plans include the export rights described on Pricing. AI output may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction and similar output may be generated for others.

4. Required labels and context

Keep “planning only” context when sharing itinerary output. Keep “illustrative”, “not to scale” and “not for navigation” labels on route sketches. Do not present generated material as a booking record, official travel document, government advice or verified statement of availability.

5. Third-party rights

Generated output is not guaranteed free of third-party rights. Review output before commercial publication or broad distribution. You may not request or use output that infringes trademarks, copyright, publicity, privacy or other rights, or that impersonates a person or organisation.

6. Roamplan materials

The Roamplan name, interface, website copy, layouts, software, original templates and brand assets remain ours or our licensors'. Your subscription provides a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service, not ownership of the software or brand.

7. Shared itineraries

When inviting a companion, you authorise access to the shared itinerary and its inputs. Collaborators must respect each contributor's rights and privacy. Remove access when it is no longer needed.

8. Takedown requests

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact support with identification of the work, the relevant content or URL, your contact details, the basis of the claim and a statement that the information is accurate. We may restrict content while reviewing a good-faith report.
