Terms of Service

The agreement for using Roamplan planning software, subscriptions and generated travel folios.

Core service boundary: Roamplan is not a travel agency or tour operator. We do not sell, book, bundle or hold funds for flights, accommodation, tickets, rental vehicles or insurance. All travel arrangements are made by you with third parties.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, paying for a subscription or using Roamplan, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies. You must be able to form a binding contract. Children under 13 may not use Roamplan. Users aged 13–17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for their use.

2. Software only — no travel sale

3. Accounts

Provide accurate account details, protect credentials and notify us of unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share private account access outside collaboration features. We may suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law.

4. Plans and allowances

Wander includes one itinerary, two plans per month and one watermarked day card, without video. Traveller is $13 monthly or $125 yearly and includes unlimited itineraries, 60 visual plans per billing month and listed exports. Trip Studio is $59 monthly or $566 yearly and adds recap video, collaboration, offline folios and priority generation. Prices are USD. Allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over. There are no credit packs, top-ups or stored-value balances.

5. Billing, renewal and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew for the selected monthly or yearly period until cancelled. Payment processing is provided by Stripe or PayPal. You authorise recurring charges shown at checkout. Cancel through the customer portal or contact support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access continues until then. Taxes may be added where required.

6. AI output and verification

Itineraries, images and videos are generated planning references and may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated. Verify opening times, prices, closures, transport and requirements using official sources before travel. Area route sketches are illustrative, not to scale and not for navigation. Roamplan does not provide visa, immigration, customs, tax, legal, safety, health or medical advice. Consult official government sources and arrange travel insurance independently.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of your inputs. You grant us and our processors a limited worldwide licence to host, process, reproduce and transform inputs solely to provide, secure and support the service. Your rights in generated outputs are described in the Content License and are subject to law, third-party rights and the non-exclusive nature of AI output.

8. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, do not present output as an official ticket, booking confirmation, visa or entry document; do not use it to evade law; and do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive or highly sensitive content.

9. Availability and changes

We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular generation time. We may change features, allowances or model providers for security, quality, legal or operational reasons. Material adverse subscription changes will be notified where required.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee travel availability, route accuracy, weather, safety, savings, admission or a particular result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for third-party bookings, missed transport, closures, border decisions, illness, injury, travel disruption or reliance on unverified output. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel a paid plan. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, unlawful use or non-payment, with notice where reasonably practicable. Clauses that by nature should survive will survive.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that consumers may retain mandatory rights to bring proceedings where they live. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

13. General

If a clause is unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue. Delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer the agreement without consent; we may transfer it as part of a lawful business reorganisation while preserving your rights. These Terms and linked policies form the agreement for the service.
